Adapting Nonprofit Strategy to COVID-19

As plans continue to shift rapidly in response to COVID-19, it’s hard not to wonder when we will be able to return to business as usual. Like the old adage, we’re in a situation where the only constant is change. Despite the uncertainty mission-driven work stays as vital as ever, but executing it is now complicated by the need to shift time-tested tactics online and keep raising enough money.

In conversations with our nonprofit customers, they’ve voiced concerns about how to move forward. If you’re still wondering how best to use digital spaces to make an impact, you’re not alone. Many organizations rely heavily on in-person events and face-to-face conversations to carry out their missions. And during periods of economic upheaval, keeping your work funded can be especially challenging.

That’s why EveryAction convened nonprofit staff, strategists, and experts to discuss their recommendations to keep your programs running in these uncertain times. In our four-part webinar series, get tactical advice on next steps, thoughts on strategy, and solidarity with your peers.

If you weren’t able to catch us live, use the links below to stream one session or however many feel relevant to you. However many you choose to watch on-demand, it’s our goal that you walk away with solid tactics and insights to help decide what’s next.

In addition to the webinar series, we’ve created a resource library for nonprofits adapting to COVID-19.  As nonprofit professionals, you might be accustomed to operating in person, face-to-face, and on the ground. Our resource library offers tools for shifting your organizing, advocacy, and fundraising work from in-person to online.

We’ll continue to compile resources to help you and your organization as the situation develops. You’re there to support the community you serve, and we’re here to support you. So expect more from us in the near future, keep in touch, and stay safe.
