Teal Media

Teal Media is a woman-owned and woman-led full-service creative agency with a conscience. Teal was founded by Jessica Teal in 2009 after she served as Design Manager for Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign. We are a senior team of 20 brand strategists, project managers, UX researchers, designers, and developers. More than 50% of us are women, nearly 30% are people of color, and 20% of us are immigrants.

When you partner with Teal Media, you’ll be working with a partner with more than a decade of experience working with nonprofit organizations, who will ensure that you understand where we are every step of the way. Together we will craft solutions that are rooted in research, speak to your brand, engage your audience, and are easy for you to maintain and evolve as you grow. Teal Media is headquartered in Washington, DC, with offices in Los Angeles and Detroit, however we are currently operating out of our home offices due to COVID-19.
